One tropical storm, 5 roof leaks, unconnected drains and more. We are slowly making this neglegted, dirty mobile into a clean beautiful home. The bones are good...meaning I like the layout of the rooms. I even like that it is a single wide.
The front Florida room and the back lanai are awesome and most appreciated by me, Joe and Emily especially with the weather change recently.
Humidity is not here for most of the day...nice!
Just had a seaplane fly over but didn't get out in time to get a picture..next time.
The first room to be ripped apart and redone is the smallest. This is the room we use for Emily the Capuchin Monkey and where my desk is.
